I would not be surprised if the NCAA opted not to grant an extra year.
It seems illogical to grant seniors the extra year but not other classes, if logic has any place in the outcome.
The “bloated roster” question strikes me as a non issue , something that could be worked through in maybe 2 years.
This health event is so off the charts , who knows about anything .
MU softball, having several keys players in the junior class might benefit more than most from the extra year.
