He has a really dirty assistant in Orlando Antigua, whereas Cuonzo does much of the recruiting himself.

In the long run, Cuonzo would win most if not all head to head recruiting battles against Underwood. There is a reason why 3 players in our starting lineup decommitted from Underwood.
