write the Gospel of John.
There are also other non-biblical sources discussing the Christians' claims of the Resurrection and certainly the large numbers of Christians who willingly suffered torture and death rather than recant their testimony are strong witnesses.
I don't have time to look up other evidence for it at the moment, but I remember a book by a lawyer who had been an atheist or agnostic. His wife became a Christian and he was hell bent on proving her wrong. He decided to objectively look at the evidence and evaluate it as they would under the rules of evidence in a court room. It seems to me that he may have done it with a lawyer friend of his, but I'm not sure. After quite a bit of research he was astounded to find out that the evidence was actually very strong from a legal standpoint. He ended up converting.
In any event, as Dr. Peter Kreeft notes, each of the arguments is like a road pointing towards the belief in the existence of God. This is one such road among multiple others. Taken together, they strengthen the case considerably.
