to be "true" while also a lie because it leaves out other information and changes the context of reality.
What I am not sure of is where Dave Matter, Randy Karraker and Gabe D. come into play.
Randy was the first to 'tweet' this info. Where did he get it? Dave and Gabe D. follow up with a story.
Were they played by someone from Mizzou that was close to the BoC? And they just ran with it as scoop without bothering to verify?
Are they making it up on their own?
Or a connection of the two? meaning they weren't played, they knowingly help frame false information.
