That was the most disappointing part of it

Kim dreamed his whole life of getting that opportunity, and although he never took any steps towards earning it and when given it he put forth an amazingly low amount of effort towards being successful at it, after the first season he no longer had to wonder what would happen if he was given that chance. He then knew conclusively he couldn't do the job.

But he returned for year 2 at the detriment to the program, completely cratered it, and made up a preposterous investigation and self penalized to distract from the disaster. AND THEN came back for year 3, just to finish the job of destroying MU basketball.

I get it if he is a mercenary, and knows it isn't working out and just wants as much money as possible. But Kim should care about MU, and he buried it.
