My question is why did Sondland have to revise his statement

after other people testified? He conveniently forgot to mention that he said aide was dependent on corruption investigations until multiple other people testified otherwise? No one on the right here finds that a little suspicious? Seems a little odd that he forgot saying that and had to revise it, no?
