Rush was not coming to MU until Quin was hired.

And while we don't know for sure what Dooling and Gilbert were going to do, there were absolutely thinking about transferring.

For those who believe Norm was actually "fired", which I bet you are one of, the situation surrounding these three kids would have been the reason why. You can't believe both.
