has a couple choices. Go talk to the woman to try to have sex with her eventually. To not talk to her and continue on your way.

In no way does that offer control over the unconscious thought that was the precursor.

How about this example. You are in the plains of Africa walking amongst tall grass. You hear a rustling approach you. You are completely incapable of not having a fear response. That is unconscious thought processing by your brain. Once you are aware of that fear, your conscious mind has an ability to decide between running, making yourself appear larger and make loud noises, Or do nothing.

That underlying unconscious thought though resulting in fear is uncontrollable thought.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
