So, I consider it theft. The problem I have is when gov't picks its winners (usually those with access to power) and losers (the rest of us) and does **** like "encouraging capital investment" (lets face it, buddy, a bunch of that **** isn't going to the working man) and then the rest of us pick up the slack, while the rich get richer off of it.
