If you want to, you can get trained in a useful skill.
The problem is that once the culture's been trained
doing nothing is better, it's very hard to get people to make that decision that education is the way to a better life.
Blacks excel in music, athletics, because it's a supported path to get ahead in the community. So people work hard to become the best. Same effort into education would get more engineers, plumbers, welders, docs, nurses.
It currently doesn't, because the inner culture rejects that has acting white.
Yes, it's far more complex than this, but it's a board post, not a scientific paper.
