Intellect isnt forbidden, as you suggest in your post above, we simply dont know enough to suggest that certain polymorphisms/mutations induce certain phylogenic "superiorities" in cognitive function.

When I said that, you responded by saying something about skin color being passed down.

And?

And here we are. You argument was null from the start because mine was sound. Genetic variations in brain genetics are not off limits, they are massively unknown! How, according to you, is that illogical?
