make any conclusions about genes and heredity.

There have been, scores if not hundreds of studies. Virtually all reach the same conclusion.

As the speaker in my original post stated (did you watch it) there have been studies the TRIED TO prove that the races were all equal in intellectual abilities.

They all failed.
