every player that has played for ku in the last decade has a similar story, unless you are naive enough to feel these two guys (and I guess Cliff Alexander, and Ben Mclemore, and Josh Selby, etc) were unique situations and special enough for such arrangements.

So your valid and true position is that ku is simply among many other programs who act in such fashion and is in no way a gross outlier or taking institutional steps to facilitate such an environment?
