Some just make the payments through the recruits' parents instead. Definitely a smarter way to go about it. Get them legally on the payroll.

Mizzou isn't super relevant nationally so I can't recall specifically but under Haith weren't major infractions found and Mizzou was put on probation? Was there a scholarship loss or something in there as well?

It's cute how you all think you are *above* it. You literally hired a coach solely due to his connection with a star recruits parents. Yeah it is of course the smarter way to go about it, but don't pretend Mizzou doesn't operate in the gray area, and sometimes even red.

Let's not be silly here boys.
