they were negligent in several instances there and did the staff and program a complete dis-service.

I'm not sure what you think you are demonstrating there. I said the Nevin Shapiro mess at Miami surfaced after MU had already hired Frank Haith as our coach. That article isn't related in any capacity.

Again, we didn't 'have to' vacate wins or have a postseason ban. Those were self punishments.
