only way to fix foul play in the college ranks is make the financial penalty on the school and coach more than they can handle. Any money violation is an automatic 4 year ban on bowl games and also a 4 year ban on the NCAA tournament. Loss of that revenue and colleges will think twice before hiring a sleazy coach. And talk about it hurting bowls and tournaments is silly, fans from schools now making the Final Four will show up, TV's will still light up and college sports will continue just without the sleaze
