very small percentage of the Missouri workforce. The NO backers (unions) did a great job of getting out their message and did a good job of confusing voters.

Many commenters I read made statements claiming that this would kill unions. It would not unless unions refused to be responsive to their members.

This is at heart a fairness issue and union membership should not be a job requirement.
