I get voting NO with dollars for the program trending down and effort not being made to win...But to hamstring the program over some misguided young adults acting like buffoons and the administration trying to be to PC I don't understand at all.

The whole protest thing was a F'd up thing but why blow the program up by with holding money and not supporting it?
