Ticket sales are down because the informed fans don't believe in Odom or his ability. We are a mid-tier program with a mid-tier football culture we need to win and win big to develop a Neb. type football following.
If Odom would of not shyte the bed his first year and just let Heupel do his thing like he did and not Change one thing on Defense Mizzou wins 7-9 games and Odom his the MF king of the world. The program would be riding high HUGE support for the True son across the state, recruiting would be reaching new heights in an out of the state as everyone would believe he was the Next great coach. Our main worry would be in losing him to a big time program.
But nope Odom wanted to change things up and do it totally different than GP and forge his own road....well he's ran into the ditch for the most part and lost the support of a lot of fans who now will never believe in him as his first two years will cast a long shadow and any minor misstep will just validate the Misque foundation he laid his first two years so he has no wiggle room and will never gain the confidence of many fans unless he wins a title.
If he had won those first two years the way he should of then he would of have a long leash for any future issue's now he has None of that cache'.
