including using a lot less felons and Prop 48 players, and that's just for starters.

The fact is, Nebraska had good years when they didn't have to follow even rudimentary academic standards for their players and could hide rap sheets.

Once those days were grandfathered out (Dr. Tom timed his retirement with them) things got much more difficult.
