For Missouri football to follow (and Stanford football). I really like Barry going out and getting an OC that knows pro style offense and ball control. Im really going to like to see the QB under center, fullbacks, multiple tight ends on the field. I feel like Coach Odom can recruit players from the midwest who want to play in a pro style system and you can always find Big OL in the midwest.
On defense I love the move to the 3-4. Look at all the recruiting articles about Mizzou telling kids they love them in the hybrid OLB/DE role for the defense. Missouri should be able to more easily recruit to a 3-4 than 4-3 b/c you can always find linebackers but there are very few DEs that are 6'5'' and rush the passer and stop the run.
