there would have been no reason to seek clearance to play from his doctors. The whole thing would have been a charade. So, you can rule out that possibility.
If MPJ doesn't play, then it's most likely his father withholding him. And if that's the case, then his father should rip up the million dollar contract he signed with MU and return all the money he's received so far, for not acting in the best interests of the university.
