1) Martin has a different standard for play then Doctors do.

or

2) MPJ has reasons for not playing---for example insurance policy not covering playing again. He doesn't have confidence in his back being up to playing a respectable level. ETC

I mean given his optimism online, doubt he is trying to tease our fans. Wonder if his insurer said they won't pay policy if something further goes wrong.
