The Arizona case was fvcked up and that officer was way overboard, from the little bit of video I saw. Recognize the fact the guy was a drunken fool doing stupid sh*t and don't overreact with a swat response.


From Walter Scott, what I said early on is it appeared the officer was in shock and had possibly gotten zapped by his own taser during the struggle. Once again, the jury reached a stalemate over murder and he plead guilty to a civil rights violation. So even a jury had doubts about murder.

Unfortunate and completely avoidable if the driver hadn't run for a damned brake light violation. Of course his history of other legal issues made him jumpy as hell....maybe he should have paid his back child support instead of buying a high end luxury car.

Funny they show video of his son regretting growing up without his father.....yeah, the same deadbeat dad who wouldn't support him financially.
