I'm amazed at how little you know, and just how badly your supporting arguments are for your being experienced in this arena.
Namely, flynn is only going to be a credible witness if the FBI can find some other testimony, evidence to support what flynn says.
His indictment for lying , the DWI, and his son at risk, make it easy to question his testimony, merely to get a light sentence. Putting on a uniform doesn't change that much.
My background is computer science, accounting, and I can see that right now.
You think a $500 an hour lawyer won't? That a jury won't suspect he's telling more lies, just to keep his son out of jail, or himself?
Flynn's a tainted witness, unless fbi finds evidence to back his "true" testimony. He also lied to the VP, in addition to FBI.
That's what you're ignoring, demanding instead that even though flynn lied, from now on, he's a paragon of virtue, decency and honesty.
