already dead, then taking them off of life support is not killing them.
Even if they are alive, whether or not to take "extraordinary measures" to keep them alive is a far different issue than deliberately and directly killing them.
If your intention is to kill an innocent human being, whether in a coma, or disabled or not, that would be immoral.
If you take someone off of some special life support systems but you do not intend to kill them, that would not necessarily be immoral if their death was a likely, but unintended consequence of that decision.
