first is I don't want individuals or foreign countries to have weapons of mass destruction. BUT our constitution says those rights may not be infringed. We need to amend the constitution to clarify what weapons are acceptable and which are banned. Foreigners are not included in our constitutional protections so we can do whatever we wish to keep them from being a threat.
Let me ask you as question for number two. Why are you okay with killing the innocent while fighting for the guilty. I do not have strong feelings one way or the other for capital punishment. But if you have proven that you cannot live by even the most basic of civilized behavior I have no problem with you being removed as a threat to others.
