T-Rex in downtown.

They have been attracting companies & individuals from both coasts & everywhere in between, as well as the world (3 Israeli companies - 2 of them pharmaceutical & one agricultural & a French pharmaceutical company have moved their headquarters to STL in the last 1 1/2 years alone just off the top of my head along with many others) .

Again, the leading Bio, Agri & Fin Tech Market/City in the country!

STL isn't following, they are trailblazing as a Tech district & Plant Sciences District which is being developed in Creve Coeur around Monsanto & the Danforth Plant Science Center along with the Bio-Research & Development Growth (BRDG) Park biotechnology incubator on it's campus.

Silicon Valley is well aware of Cortex, etc, as STL is now ranked with ti as one of the leading Tech Dosticts in the country & is the fastest growing one!

One thing STL was really smart about was the funding ecosystem they created!
