2nd HQ in San Francisco, San Diego or Denver for crying out loud.

They already have a West Coast HQ.

Also NYC is not that attractive to young workers or really that many companies due to the taxes & disproportionately high cost of living.

Precisely why a number NYC companies have moved to STL to be part of Cortex or the growing fashion district.
