a large runway & airport presence, the leading Tech district in & start up city in America (fastest growing, etc), recently ranked #1 city of choice for millennials, prime logistical hub (biggest year round inland port in the country along with air, trucking & rail), 2 top notch universities (one just ranked the 17th best university in the country), a rapidly growing highly educated & skilled workforce, etc, etc, etc!
