did for hurricane Sandy...it was a bunch of r's from Texas that joined in on that.

I've said it from the beginning, Texas will have a blank check from the federal govt on this. Just way too many electoral votes in a red state...if this was California or a blue state i'm guessing the funding would not end up being as big.

I wouldn't put it past trump to try to sneak in funding for the wall in this relief package.
