OK. I don't happen to share the idea that this diety, this One God - plays favorites. It would seem kinda weird.
If He is going to reward a nation - He might look at Canada and Norway. They treat folks right there.
We don't. Child poverty rate of 25%. Higher percentage of our people in prison than anywhere.
"We" inherited and/or invaded an unspoiled continent. We then prospered through a time when economic competitors were wiped out, their cities and infrastructures (both human and physical) were wiped out by war. I might call that lucky rather than "blessed". And what our leaders - those we choose to lead - have done is ****ss it all away. I don't much to favored for there.
And your line that "IT IS FACT" remains dubious. What "it" are you referring to, the Torah or the Good News as you say. Tough to call either fact, ya know.
