He has obstructed, according to multiple reports, the investigation into Russian meddling. He asked Comey, the FBI Director who was doing the investigating to stop the investigation into Flynn. When Comey refused, Trump fired him. Trump separately asked the DNI and Director of the NSA to deny evidence of Collusion (unrelated to Flynn).

Hes going down in a serious way if any of this can be proven. But the investigation continues, as it may implicate Pence as well.
