You pretend it isn't condemned in the NT. And that makes it okay.
Maybe you couldn't figure it out but the Gospel passage set up God's purpose for sex and restricting it to a man and a woman in marriage. It may be primarily about divorce but the basis is still heterosexual. That was Jesus's message there.
And that sets up Paul's condemnation of homosexual practices... and not just because it was happening in Rome.
St. Paul's message is God's purpose for sexual intercourse is only in the context of heterosexual sex in marriage. And whether you accept it or not, Paul's epistles are equally the inspired Word of God as the four Gospels.
