Youre not sure on the actual ages, but did your best? Just say 'after a certain age' or look it up yourself?

Do you have a link to support this? I tried to look up the age for you, and found nothing supporting your claim.

What I did find out, however, was that those with free HC are geting the same or better care based on a 2007 study.
