So what about Odom ?? He was a mistake as far as you're concerned right ?

Do we go with pro coaches with college experience, head coaches only at the college level ? what level of success would qualify.

I'll throw a name.

Where do we get the extra 3 -4 million to go elite ? Its easy for a fan to gripe but when it comes to selling this thing and doing it, its a little different.

Would love to see it. Now you tell me how to make it happen.
