Like a child throwing a baseball. Just so you are clear a baseball is not a steal beam. I never stated that a child could throw the steel beams, just that the force required was not that great. At a height of over 700' feet there is more than enough energy to creat forces like those in the form of gravitational potential energy stored in the building materials.
