You intentionally misunderstand simple statements and then build straw men out of them.
What was actually said is that matter falling from heights of several hundred feet would NOT be expected to fall in a nice neat pile. From that far up in the air a small initial force will create enough of a horizontal vector to push debris Well outside of the footprint of the original building. Very simple physics my friend.
