We had some pieces but a new coach would have to add talent around them. It was a program that by year 3 that worst case should have been around .500 and best case had he developed the inherited players and recruited at a P5 level, should have been a tourney team. The difference between that worst case average team he inherited to what we have today is about 10 wins and that is squarely on Kim's inability to recruit, develop, retain, and coach talent.
