Which isn't necessarily a bad problem
If other people want to hire your coach, then your program is in a good place, that will let you find another.
The problem for Mizzou was after Mike Anderson, they panic hired Haith, which IMO was not the death knell some pretend it is. He even left and gave them a chance to find another good coach and Alden goofed horribly.
