could do it. That is the point. Its actually a challenging job. So hiring someone that lacks the skill set, motivation, aptitude, expectations, resources, connections, and decision making for such a challenging job results in unmitigated failure.
It would be nice if everyone could be gifted their dream job and it just worked out whether they were a good fit or not. But in a highly competitive environment, we have served as a case study as to why that is a terrible idea.
