doesn't demand 2.5 million a year for a coach unproven at the power 5 level, unless it's Mark Few or Gregg Marshall.

Let's say we decide Keatts is the guy and win the bidding war for 2.5 million a year. Now let's say he sucks. Uh oh. Now you're paying a million a year more than you probably should have for a guy who sucks, and aren't generating any of the revenues to pay it. And it's going to cost a fortune to fire him, so you're stuck with him. Now you've really set the program back.
