But Shaka Smart finished 2nd in his conference three straight years (the latter two coming in the Atlantic 10, which was a step up from the Colonial).

Their Kenpom average over his six years was 38 with a peak of 18 (Anthony Grant averaged 59 with a peak of 54 in three seasons).

Someone with that same resume (plus a final four) would be a good hire IMO.
