to reach one in his 33 years as a head coach in a major conference.

Cuonzo has only been a P5 coach for 5 seasons, and has already reached a Sweet 16 early in his career. Given his recruiting prowess, I think he has a good chance of eventually reaching a F4, unlike Norm's career.
