D coordinator while you're at it. Demontie Cross is a disaster and he's lost all credibility with his players, so he's as good as useless at this point.

Why not throw an extra $250K and Leavitt and bring him in as our DC? He's making $500K a year now, and there are coordinators in the SEC making upwards of a million bucks. Given the fact that we got such a deal with Odom, we should have the money to pay for the best coordinators around.
