I won't tear down your answer even though I can't believe Sterk would hire a guy in his 60's. Just like Gary Barnett who would have probably done well here, the timing was, is, a bit off.

I don't see an instant turnaround next year no matter who coaches. This will be a building project and that takes time.

But thats just me.
