After Haith left, if instead of hiring Kim we would have just hired Tony Criswell for our new head coach to stay on after his playing days, we would have won more than 8 games in 2014-15. While maybe not an ideal situation, its kind of hard to wrap your head around how truly bad the coaching was that season.
