He was DC at Memphis for 1 year.

He was DC at Mizzou for 1 year.

He has never been a head coach, until now (unless you count High School, LOL).

So what exactly are you referring to when you say he "built top defenses out of nothing"?.. A 1-year tenure somewhere? If that's a large enough sample to judge someone on, then we can already conclude that Odom is unfit to be a head coach and just fire him now.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
