Odom will get his fair chance just as Rhule did, Fleck did, so on and so on. Like 99.9% of college coaches do.

Good thing is there are tons of examples of coaches having a poor first year and eventually turning it around. If not, you hope to hit on the next guy.

Just seems like an awful waste of energy.
