For example, Dr. Tom in a championship game took out Frazier and then coached him up onvthe sideline till the next guy warranted the hook.
Frazier came back in, and Neb won that game.
It's an example of something that can work.
Can't think of the other Qb's name, but he was good, too. I think he later died in a plane cradh
